One degree has done amazing work on our building. Staff is extremely professional we dealt with Alonzo, Cole, Cody and Conner after replacing 6 heat exchangers on our MUA units they even went above and beyond to wipe their finger prints off a roof top unit no one would see. The replacement was done very fast with minimal impact to residents and strata. I would highly recommend them.

I am quite disappointed with the service provided. Not only did they charge an unfair amount, they also never ended up fixing my AC unit!We had called them over two times. The first was to check what was wrong with the unit, to which they charged $300. They told us they needed to come a second time to check again and fix the leakage, and so that was alright.Yet when they came over the second time, they spent 5 hours attempting to fix the AC unit only to tell us that it was impossible and that we needed to completely replace it. Ultimately, they charged $900 for that.I am disgruntled that they would charge so much for something they didn’t even fix. I believed them to be professional enough to solve my AC issue, however, they instead just said they couldn’t do it and charged a large sum of money! I have lost any trust for this company.

I have been with One Degree for years and have to say the best service in Vancouver in terms of installation, maintenance and so on. We started our own small business from scratch with the professional consultation, setup and maintenance and cannot be happier. Ask for Cody if you can as he is knowledgeable and willing to exceed your expectation in any cases
