Allstate Insurance: Silvia Xue

I purchased the home insurance product from Allstate through the agent Silvia. As a new home buyer, I have little to no knowledge about the home insurance . Instead of pushing the sales, she spent excessive amount of time explaining the terms and the policy to me after a quick assessment on my provided info. With caution, she also encouraged me to spend some time reading through the doc she prepared for me in case of any ambiguity. What's more, she made some good suggestions on future insurance saving plan that suits my lifestyle.I was amazed by her professionalism, go above and beyond services and affability. More importantly, the customized plan she provided was beyond my satisfaction.I strongly recommend anyone who is in need for auto and/or home insurance to reach her!
