Happier Valley Comedy
I love to see high quality and variety of Improv shows every Saturday night. And free After-Shows" in the very new bar next door. There's also free Friday night fun with regular events like open-mic story telling. But the big secret is that there is a rich and comforting school of improv here as well with beginner and advanced classes

Happier Valley Comedy
I’ve taken improv classes all along the east coast, and with great confidence I’d like to share that Happier Valley Comedy is crème of the crop for internalizing and digesting learned info, and effectively leveraging it on stage. Pam and Scott continue to build this one-of-a-kind not one size fits all community I’ve been absorbed into.HVC is no Upright Citizen Brigade as they immediately put you on stage. Here, improv methodology and games effectively build up to the stage work. As I was eager to jump right onto the stage (given that’s my personality), I found this to be an effective and powerful way for the class to put their instilled knowledge to use.I only have positive things to say about Happier Valley Comedy. It’s the only improv group in the area, and I wouldn’t have wanted another group in place. I recommend that anyone interested in experiencing or pursuing growth in improv comedy should both contact either Pam or Scott, and go see a performance—you’ll probably meet someone new : )

OMG!! What wonderful place to enjoy entertainment and laughs. So talented and they are an amazing team.Oh! Check out the NEXT DOOR LOUNGE" right next to the Happy Valley Comedy (HVC) too... It's a really fun place to play games

Happier Valley Comedy
I have taken three Improv classes at Happier Valley Comedy and found them to be a great way to get out and have fun while learning and growing as a person. The lessons I've learned have been just as valuable outside of class as in (maybe even more so)! If you'd like to feel like you could jump into the unknown and land on your feet, then jump into Improv class here.

Had a wonderful evening at Happier Valley Comedy’s Saturday show tonight. What a clever group! And, afterwards, was able to chat about the show over a beer at the Next Door lounge. Highly recommended. You should check it out!

Happier Valley Comedy
Absolutely amazing! The professional shows are as good as or better any improv I seen in Boston or Chicago, with an engaging variety of formats week to week. The school has classes for all levels, exceptional teachers, and learning the skills of improv have been life changing for my personal life and professional career. Huge positive impact, and a wonderfully warm, fun community. Next Door Lounge is the perfect place to hang with friends before and after the show, and get into the action with the after show!Brava!

Happier Valley Comedy is such a wonderful place, on so many levels! Their comedy shows are consistently hilarious, their classes are fun and empowering, their teachers are warm and inviting, and they are committed to being a business with a conscience. Oh! And now they've opened the Next Door Lounge (you guessed it, right next door!) where they offer FREE fun every Friday night. Game nights, trivia nights, stand up comedy with no cover charge! What?! Bravo HVC!!

Happier Valley is such a magical world. There are so many ways to connect with them -- take classes, take workshops, go to shows, join the community of funny friends. They are committed to equity pricing for BIPOC students in recognition of the additional burden of being in mostly white space. The community s full of kind, funny and warm people. And they were super respectful during COVID. Thanks for everything, HVC

So much fun. So welcoming. So personal. So joyful and easy!The classes are a great place to practice having fun with others. They teach me to be present and be generous.The shows are a blast. Next Door Lounge is low-key, clean, and vibrant.I’m so grateful for HVC and Pam and Scott making this available to everyone!
