I was met by Linette who answered every question I had clearly and comprehensively, even providing tips on maximising the value of the contracts that were available to me. Very upset at their customer service. Tried to price match a GoPro and SDcard. Ended up having to escalate to the source phone customer service. These kids working there were so nasty to me. I should have took a picture of the girl that gave me so much attitude. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY

Dont let you return a broken product at the store, takes no product responsibility what so ever. Now I need to spend 2 moths going threw the process online instead. Removes the main reason to buy stuff at a store instead of online, the instant service you get.

The staff at the Banff source were helpful. Got me what I needed very quickly. Stock was low on what I wanted but was still there. The prices were in line with what I expected to pay elsewhere in the province.
