I would not recommend doing business with this branch at all. At 415 pm we requested advice and support and the supervisor or branch manager on duty on May 10th was unbelievably rude, loud and abrasive in front of other customers and staff towards my husband upon a simple request . She continued to be abrasive and rude in her behaviour as she finished her insulting manner AS SHE WALKED AWAY FROM HIM. This is completely unacceptable conduct and an extremely poor representation for RBC. We will never do businesses with this branch or bank again. RBC,you have lost our business indefinitely .

I opened an account with RBC on June 3/22 and still have no debit card. Went into the branch like I was told to over the phone to get a temporary card. Was not able to get a temporary card even with help of the assistant manager. How much more longer till I get a card? I left TD over stuff like this. I am beginning to regret switching over to RBC very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. On top of that still no IPAD as I was promised.

When I come here, usually it is Gloria who helps me out. She always delivers excellent service every time I come in. Answers all my questions regarding foreign currency and does the job quick and fast. Thank you Gloria for always giving me a hand !

I’ve been at this bank for about four years now I think. I have not one bad thing to say. I am always met with perfect customer service, everything is made to be quite simple, and everyone I have encountered at the branch is well-versed in their job and very financially literate, not to mention incredibly kind and helpful.Special shoutout to Cheryl behind the counter and Omobola who both stood out to me over the years.

5 Star for Shehnaj who helped me over the phone for 48 min, as a new customer to RBC, she's been so patient and friendly for the whole procedure. And her knowledge and skills made everything so easy to understand and practical. Totally won my heart. WoW ! Highly recommend !

You have to get rid of the teller Cheryl. What a bag. Very loud, ignorant and talks over you. Ive been in there 3 times and once when she was rude to another customer I overheard. The last two times I just let people behind me go first just to avoid her. I do a lot of business with RBC over the years and don't need to be treated like that. Quit if you don't like people or your job...ruins people's days. Plus she ds out front of the building and blows cigarette c smoke as

The absolute worst branch!! Horrible customer service and the staff always seem annoyed and rude. I’ve been banking with Royal Bank for many years and when I have to deal with someone for anything at this location I absolutely dread it!! Don’t recommend at all.
