After taking a photo for my PR from that UPS location, it has been rejected from immigration as it's not within the correct format. Now my PR card got delayed for that reason as I have to provide a new photo. It's the worst service ever, and I do not recommend anyone to take photos for government process from that store

No COVID social distance followed. More than 10 people in line. Only 1 employee in counter, other inside. They were doing some security application for customers that took so too much time. To drop off shipment with 3 people ahead it took 45 mins. Poor management

Extremely disgusted at the level of service. I called the store and a lady with a thick accent answered I was very patient and I asked her specifically what brand packing tape she has for sale. She mentioned the brand however I couldn't understand her so I asked her kindly to spell it for me so as to assure it was not the same brand I had in my possession. She hung up the phone on me I called back several times immediately after and they ignored my calls. I also have this call recorded and I will be sending the recording to the ups head office.

They lost our package, they never answer the phone they charged over $75 to ship it and the package is worth $600. It’s been one month and we haven’t had any help, communication on our investigation. I’ve never had this issue with Canada post.Their customer service number directs us to call the store. The store isn’t picking up.

Excellent UPS location. Extremely reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. This is my preferred UPS location! They are always very quick to drop off your packages and are very helpful when you need assistance.At other ups locations, I've experienced trouble with staff not understanding how to take a prepaid package and packages just sitting at the post office for a week post drop off. Rest assured this location is excellent and your package will be checked in and shipped safely!!

Person behind the counter was pretty good.The store itself gets one star as I couldn't do what was needed when I got there.*Anyone with a brokerage fee invoice. DO NOT go to the store as they cannot process payments of this type. Which is extremely silly.Note to UPS company. You should explain clearly on your site as to how you want us to pay. I have emailed and sent messages to you but received absolutely no response. Your chat lines are always down when I visit your site.

This location NEVER opens on time. I always pick up at 9 in the morning but they open late at 9:10-9:15. So if you are planning to pick up in the morning, don't come at 9. They will make you wait. I HOPE THEY WILL ADDRESS THIS

I've been coming to this UPS store for years and I like their service. The employees are also nice.Today I went in to send out two packages and noticed that they now charge a $1 service fee JUST to EMAIL them a label to print... Are you kidding me? Now it's $2.50 to email and print a label. I've never heard of this before, talk about being greedy

I went here to return an Amazon package just now and I didn't have the label or box prepared correctly. The gentleman at the counter took care of everything for me immediately. 10/10 service.
