SmartStop Self Storage

I have been using Bluebird storage for well over a year now and can’t be happier. I have had storage units for many years at many locations and none can be compared to Bluebird. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean. I don’t worry about my stuff being damaged by weather or dirt. There are always dollies available, the gates are always working, there is always parking, the building is well maintained. I have had units in buildings that seemed like they were going to collapse, but bluebird is a sold facility. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone who wants safe clean secure service that does not feel like you’re entering a junkyard every time you go there..

Been here for a number of years and have had about 8 different units of different sizes and it’s super clean and bright. The manager Pam is always helpful and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Carts and loading docks for all types of vehicles and lighting inside many of the units as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great customer service, better than most of the storage companies in the area that I have interacted with. Very professional and helpful. Even the process to get the contract signed took about half the time I’ve experienced with other storage companies. I felt like SmartStop really wanted and valued my business.The location is easily accessible, very clean and well maintained and secured.

The building and lockers are well maintained with clean washrooms and new lockers. I had a small problem today with access denied due to a payment issue. I had enrolled in auto-payment but somehow it was not proper set up. There is a real shortage of dollies. Every time I have needed them none were available. All lockers are some distance from loading doors so they are essential. This has been so frustrating that I had to buy my own to avoid the long fruitless searches.

Been here since the Pandemic shut down the world.Moved into one unit and later added two more.It was fine in the beginning, but over the past year spent a lot of time and effort moving out to more reasonable priced facilities after repeated rate increases that would be illegal for housing.Working on bailing out of the final unit.Somebody commented nice and clean"

Great and safe place to store your things. I left my things here for 6 months while out of the country and came back to a clean and safe space, where I felt they looked after my things like it was their own. I'm really grateful of the people working here, they were super helpful anf saves my life in a couple of instances. I would totally recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to leave their things long term

Great Facility to rent from. The focus and attention on customer service and customer satisfaction is second to none a 10! Pam and Shay are very professional and always helpful. I highly recommend and will only rent here from now on.
