Walmart Supercentre

Laurie, the Walmart staff, blocked our exit by restricting the exit gate. We showed her the purchase receipt, and she let us through after a few more words back and forth. It was an unnecessary negotiation for a seemingly standard procedure, wanting to leave the store unobstructed with our purchased goods. I kept my calm, having my 5-year-old daughter with me. Ultimately, we can't go without this store because we have grown dependent on them; I haven't had a bad experience before.

Visited this location as we saw a patio set we liked and wanted to purchase. We were told they weren’t in stock and offered to purchase the floor model at full price since we loved it. Kenny the manager was so rude and was not only unwilling to sell it to us, but also declined to help us look for it online, locate it at another store or even provide us with an ETA for when they’d get more in. I noted that it doesn’t make sense to show something people can’t buy and he just said “yeah” with the absolute worst attitude. We ended up calling the other Walmart and they let us know that it’s discontinued and that there was no reason for Kenny to decline selling us the floor model. Super disappointing experience and a colossal waste of time.

I buy all my engine oil at Walmart and I bring all my used oil back to Walmart at the rear by Mr lube . So on saterday evning at about 5:50 pm I took my old oil to drop off had 4. People in my truck so dropping off the 60 liters of used oil should not have been a prolbem as your allowed 20 liters per person per day . Three workers standing at an open bay door watching the pouring rain and me unload my used oil one of the three workers starts yelling at me only 20 liters a person. I told him to mind his own business then the guy starts putting my used oil back in my truck and he spilt 20 liters in the box .was very hard to clean up . I will never buy my engine oil at Walmart again and as per Mr lube forget it worst service ever . Thanks Jason

I had went to preston walmart and found them to have changed their hours to 10 pm, i was very disappointed so i used google, which told me that you're the only walmart still open to 11. I checked your website, also says open until 11. So i drive all the way to the other side of the city to find out youre actually closed at 10 now as well? UPDATE YOUR HOURS. This was extremely disappointing

One of the better WalMarts. Definitely the best in Saskatoon. The shelves are usually stocked well unlike the other locations. Staff are friendly. The main reason I never shop here is the lack of checkout staff. Two aisles out of twenty open and long lineups.Otherwise prices are fair but never the cheapest. It is what it is. It’s WalMart.

Managers and employees doesn't know how to talk to customers. We came from Humboldt, 120km away to shop. Google maps shows its is open until 11 PM and we reached at 10PM and they said it is closed . Such poor management and customer service. Its a shame.

Constantly discriminated against here. Wife got a vr from the electronics sections and the door greeter check the receipt 3 times at the door. Once at she left, and ran after her again to check again 2 more times before she left. People working self check outs hover around us and question things already scanned. Why have 2 sets of security beepers if your greeter is going to harass us 3 times on the way out.

Absolutely disgraceful. What do you pay your staff to do? 3 stood chatting and watching me as a struggled through the self serve with a cart full of 6 boxes of diapers. My picture is taken the whole time and then you have somebody asking to see my receipt!!!!! This is not acceptable. This is how you treat your customers. Goodbye Walmart I will not be back.

Michael in electronics set us up with games and controllers for our switch. He was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 customer service. This man deserves a raise!!

Goggle states that store will be closed at 11pm and we reached there at 10 pm but they didn’t allow us enter even still customers came out till 10:30The manager didn’t apologize even she is rude. We drive from 120 km to that location because its an emergency.Bad customer service
