BCLIQUOR North Burnaby

The store has such a variety when it comes to flavoured beer, wine or cooler. I enjoy going this place because the staff is always willing to help, they have very good things on sale and it's not that busy like in another BCLS's. Also, some of the products come with some different gifts all the time which makes my shopping experience funnier because I never know what I'm going to find as new product/gifts and that makes me feel that I enjoy it very much.Great job!

I had an excellent experience at this liquor store recently.

Unprofessional staff. I went there to get a wine. The first time the lady asked me for an ID and it was totally fine. The next time I went there the cashier was a different person, the bald guy, when I made my purchase he didn’t ask me for an ID. I was just curious what is the LCBO policy. I simply asked him is there any specific policy LCBO staffs follow or it is at their discretion. He shouted at me and said OUT! It was not me last time who asked for ID.I totally understand about ID part, but when someone simply and calmly ask question it’s better to say I can’t answer rather than saying OUT! With loud voice.Will never come back here!

Smaller store, but located in a central location which is easily accessible by walking, bus or car (massive parking lot). They have a good selection despite the store's size. The staff here are all very knowledgeable if you don't know what to get. I always get phenomenal beer and wine recommendations. I just give them a rough idea of what I'm looking for and the price range I want to stay in.The cashiers are super friendly, quick and efficient.

I had an excellent experience at this liquor store recently.I believe Linda was the name of the employee that helped me. She was super helpful, very pleasant, and well informed!I also saw her interaction with another customer, an elderly woman who required a bit extra patience and help. Linda did a fabulous job of helping this woman, and gave her time, and full attention required. If all employees, were so pleasant and helpful, shopping would be so much more enjoyable.Big Thank you to Linda, (hope I've got your name correct) you deserve 5 stars.

The staff is SO incredibly friendly and helpful! Rob and his colleague (sorry didn't get his name) and the cashier (not sure his name either) were so nice! They helped me pick a gift and were respectful of my budget. Made my day, we need more people like them in the world! :)

Nancy at this location was amazing! She tried to help me locate the alcohol I was looking for and even helped find the phone number of the bc liquor store near by so I don’t need to run around.She was friendly and really wanted to help me. What really amazed me was her looking up the inventory to make sure I have the right one.I will be coming back for me restock ❤️

One of my regular liquor stores when I decide to drink alcohol. All the staff are reasonably helpful when you ask them pleasant. Why do you think I keep going there. Plus they sell my beer brand that I can't get at the liquor store closer to me which is on Broadway and Rupert.
