I brought in two rings for sizing and they were done to perfection in a timely manor. I will definitely do business here again. * Edit: I did go back a few times and spent a decent amount of money, and every time I went in I got treated like a stranger. Not very friendly service at all.

Got my diamond wedding band fixed last year after one of the diamond's fell out. I gave them the ring and diamond in a bag. After paying them twice as much as my regular jeweler in the city i picked up my ring only to discover all the engraving on the inside of the ring was gone. They said it was puffed out while polishing the ring. And even made me pay to engrave it again. didn't even wright what had been engraved in it before. Once wearing the ring for a period of time I noticed that it would keep flipping around. I took it to my jeweler in the city and he realized they had scraped off gold from the inside of the Ring to used in fixing the top. That's why the Engraving was removed and now the ring is top heavy and keeps flipping. I am so upset and will never go back or recommend. For a small town Jeweler I am very disappointed at their customer service and lack of respect from my property. I wish I could give them zero stars. So much for shopping local.
