Nobody answers the phone here been on hold over an hour. Another privileged government office with unaccountable workers. They answer when they feel like it. Gone for hours on breaks, leave work early, monthly vacations, some work out of home with no supervision, paid holidays, salaried, multiple days off etc. etc. Time to privatize all government departments.

Takes 2 hours to reach a person and worse part is the person casually (not even intend to be apologetic for the fact of situation and considering they haven't started working on our application ) said it will take 2 more weeks even after waiting for a certificate for a month already, this work ethics only possible in Government jobs. Ridiculous way to spend tax payers money.

You can't do anything here except drop off forms. You can't even pick up the forms you need. Covid closures are over let's reopen stuff people.

I ordered my marriage certificate on Jan 29, a month later it didn’t arrive so they made me sign an affidavit satiating that I didn’t get it and they could re-issue it. Now March 7 I received an envelope from vital stats but instead of it containing my document it as someone else’s birth certificate in it. That’s right addressed to me with a strangers personal information inside. We’re is my certificate and how unprofessional that they would send me someone else’s! Does this mean a stranger has my document?!!!

We are very happy with their services.i need my babies birth certificate urgently as we are going for vacation and have to apply for their passports ASAP . they did excellent job for us . I am very thankful to them.

Called them 3 times, waited on the line for over an hour every time and no one answers! My tax money is going to waste being spent on useless employees for government services! They don’t even have a call back service!
