I have had unpleasant experiences every time I've eaten at this Tim Horton's location. The staff never greet me, and one employee even laughed when I took my time deciding between the limited selection of only three bagel options, which were not even my preferred choices. I hope that the management invests in training their staff on good ethics and manners, and that they expand their menu to include more options for bagels and muffins.

Have visited this location a few time over the last few weeks - extremely rude staff - very unwelcoming each time!On one of my visits I was told “wait for your sandwich” when at the drive thru window then she shut the window and walked awayNo customer service here - worst Tim Horton’s service I have every received!

Really tires of the continuous screw ups on my orders. Today takes the cake, you charged me for a bacon grilled cheese and put no bacon on it... I also got my drink not even stirred. Not to mention the fella working the till who didn't want to answer my question 2 days ago. If you can't handle rushes without screwing up orders you shouldn't be working fast food. Whirlwind of people in there since new management too. All I was is the stuff I payed for correctly made. It's been to many times now. I'll start checking my orders before I drive out from now on, you'll have to wait instead of rushing me out as usual.

Upon my arrival I was not greeted and the employee at the till was yawning and neglected to even say good morning or may I help you. She seems very disinterested in even being at work. The service was speedy and my food tasted good so there’s a plus.

Ordered the new loaded bowl and it came 1/4 full with one big whole leaf of lettuce. Ive had it before and it was full and well cut up.

Our extra large coffee was half way empty . We waited for 35 minutes and even after that the staff was not able to inform us how much more time it’s going to take . The staff was not able to handle the situation and was panicking for some reason .

Service is fine and all goods are consistent with any other Tim's. The carrot cake muffin with cream cheese filling was amazing. I feel welcomed and able to stay seated for as long as I like.

Great experience at this Tim Hortons Location! Nice open space with great lighting. Lots of seating space as well. Excellent service from the workers, they were nice and friendly. Would recommend this location for anyone in the area. Also, the vegan options are awesome - ask for no mayo on the beyond meat burger if you want vegan.

This is hands down the worst Tim Hortons ever, just ordered a sandwich and the bun was hard as a rock. Couldn't even eat it! Staff is never friendly. I have been served Ice capps with broken cups so it spills all over your car. If you order a Tea you will get a coffee, with no apology! So done with this location.
