Benchmark Swim Academy

I have been an instructor at Benchmark for 3 years; the experience has been wonderful. As a Boss, Desiree is kind and understanding while also giving valuable feedback so that we can continue to provide fun and safe lessons to our swimmers. She listens to our feedback and not hesitating to give time off when asked. She also tries to match swimmers and instructors, so that the instructor follows the swimmer through their levels; ensuring consistent teaching and allowing a rapport to be established. I love working for Benchmark Swim Academy, and would recommend for swimming and lifesaving lessons.

I have been working with Desiree for four years now, and I could not ask for a better boss. Desiree has taught me how to be a great instructor, and I am always learning new, and different teaching techniques from her. Lessons are always perfectly scheduled with the swimmers, and instructors kept in mind. This allows allows for consistency, and developing familiarity with the swimmers, allowing me to see them progress through their levels. I would definitely recommend Benchmark Swim Academy.

Instructors take great care in teaching the children and owner is very friendly. My son loved the lessons with Emily. Going back for level 3 now.
