The staff at this location have great personalities, however, they do not have the knowledge to do simple jobs. I recently had my truck lowered by Rusty Rods services, who did an amazing job, and was told I needed to get a wheel alignment. I went in because my truck pulled to the right by less than an inch. I was quoted $125 to get the job done. When they were finished, I came to find out they only did half the job, and wanted $180 for it. After I pay I leave and my truck pulled to the left by a foot, nearly taking me into oncoming traffic, I was not happy. I HIGHLY do not recommend their services and will never take another vehicle back again.

BCAA dispatch called Kal tire in hope. Due to not having a credit card but willing to get cash they denied me service. In fact the service advisor was extremely rude. Leaving me and my dog stranded on the coquihalla with hope and merrit equally as far away. I was fully willing to pay for the tire with cash. I could not believe how rude this person was. In fact, I record all my incoming and outgoing calls. I'll be happy to share this with my executive friends in Vernon when I get there, being that is where the head office is, I have friends who work there that would never let this happen. I felt completely swept under the rug and due to the nature of the situation my estimated wait time went from 1.5 hours to nearly 7 hours waiting! I am appalled at the service. Never will I spend a dime at their establishment. All I asked for was to pay cash, WHO DOESNT LIKE CASH!!!

I gave them a 2 stat. I had an appointment for 10:00 am to fix a small leak in my tire. I was 5 minutes late, but it took them over 1 and half hours for a tire plug. The vehicle sat on the hoist for over 45 minutes. It did not seem to be a priority for them. Not sure why appointments are set.

Fast, efficient friendly service in a pinch! The right tires were in stock. The team at Kal Tire truly went the extra mile for me to accommodate getting me back on the road, conveniently and safely. The better tread on my new tires from the flat and the old ones I had on before, is significantly better in the snow. As a local, out of town, I would definitely return as a customer and recommend their shop.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION.they gave me a million excuses as to why they wouldn't warranty my tire, after only 3 months of getting my steer tire on my semi replaced.would not recommend kal tire for any tire replacements or repairs.

My friend and I got a flat tire on the Coquihalla Hwy, we called Kal Tire in Hope 15 mins before they were closing to see if they could repair our flat. A few of the employees stayed late and they went above and beyond for us. Great service, and kind people! Would go back if I lived in the area.

Bought winter tires and had them installed and wheel alignment performed. Work was finished on time. Price was what they said it would be. No surprise extra charge. Happy with the work they did.

We have had excellent service at the Hope Kal Tire in the past. The management and senior employees can be trusted. We returned to purchase our tires there and are totally satisfied . They still provide top notch service. We will certainly return again.
