Basically the worst customer service. Bought a machine for 400 bucks, and a month past the warranty it became unrepairable" according to the service department. Now I'm left to fight with the manufacturer myself and the store does not give a care about helping. Avoid at all costs

Visited this showroom during Supercrawl to see the vast array of coffee machines they carry priced from the sublime to the ridiculous, but you get what you pay for. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were patient enough to explain all the pros and cons of each machine at each price point. The Jura brand is their cream of the crop for everyday household use and it delivers a delicious product, no matter what your hot beverage preference is. Service plans available with varying warranty coverages. Commercial machines also available. Outstanding sales and service available through this location.
