Horrible to deal with both online & on the phone. They advertise things on their website which they do not sell, which seems to be a scam to get people to make accounts. Also, when setting up an account and making a password you can only put in your password once as there is no 2nd confirmation one. Even worse you are not able to see what you have typed. This makes it very difficult to know for sure what your password is, especially if you are using a phone. Naturally I had to reset it when I logged in again on my computer. I only made an account as the site said that I would have to do so to order. After making my account I was unable to order the item as the spot to click color (there was only one color available BTW - black) was now missing and thus I was not able to place an order. When I called them for assistance they were very unhelpful. As I was pointing out to them that they should not have products on their site that they do not carry (it actually said there were 10 of the item in stock before I made an account) the employee hung up on me. I was not rude to him as I had said I know this is not your fault

Did an online order as I cannot find products I wanted in St Catharines. Products were shipped out immediately and I received them the next day. Will definitely purchase from you guys again. Thank you so much for the speedy service !

I ordered and when I sent my money later that day canceled my order and kept my money wouldn’t recommend

They sent me the wrong ejuice, my receipt showed the mistake was on their end. I tried what they sent, didn't like it. They wouldn't replace it. I've spent over $1000 at this shop so I expected better treatment. Terrible customer service. I have found a cheaper and better supplier.

Zero stars if I could this is a terrible business and the owner/manager is very unprofessional and rude, take your business to one of the many other vape shops in the area!!!!!

I bought this 7000 puff disposable vapeAnd it just worked one day!!!!!!After device turned off and i tried to charge itThe device didn’t charge and I couldn’t use it anymore .hope to hear from this store for refund or replacement

Would give them zero if I could.I received my package of Juices. And fyi I have been buying them for while. I see one of the juices have broken neck and the juices were leaked all over the package into other bottles too.I emailed them right away and asked them for a return send me a new bottle or a refund.Guess what- the guy name Marcel told me he will credit me $3- REALLY?? and he wants to me read their policies. I asked him where is your customer service?? I sent him the pictures as well.Won’t be buying again from these guys again.If your bottle is leaked or crushed, good luck dealing with these cheap guys who will slap their return policies on your face.Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I wouldn’t I just wouldn’t they used to be an amazing store back in the day like 2017 but now they don’t care about anything or anyone to them it’s all about the money. Honestly I just wouldn’t step foot inside that shop the knowledge that they have is of a 5yr it’s like they get most of their information from google just care that’s all we ask but NO BUENO
