What I appreciate most about working with Rob at Bayshore Construction is his honesty. We have to say that the workmanship in this home is far superior to any of our other homes. This home and build was first class all the way! Each trade that worked on our house delivered quality that is unparalleled while also being so kind and professional. The timeline of our build was not only on time but early managing to get our family in before Christmas which was so appreciated. There were also no hidden costs and everything was nicely laid out in our contract which allowed us to prepare financially. Not only did we receive our beautiful house but during the time we have lived here the building has continued around us and I have found each worker so friendly and considerate making it such a joy to watch the new houses go up. I am so very happy with the experience of this build.

This was our first time building a custom home and we really enjoyed working with Bayshore Construction. Rob has a lot of experience building in the Parksville Qualicum area and his knowledge of local permits is extensive. Selena, the designer, is a joy to work with and her attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly. Rob has created a team of professional and knowledgeable people who take care of everything from excavation to final finishing. The sub trades he hires are pleasant to work with and are very skilled. Bayshore Construction created a beautiful house that lived up to our dreams.

Bayshore has been great. Here is why: I had previously looked at a major contractor in Parksville to undertake a project for us. We were convinced to look elsewhere when a friend informed us of the legal problems and shoddy workmanship associated with that builder. After seeing Bayshore's work on my son's residence in Nanaimo I was convinced that Bayshore was a superior builder. This review is actually for the second major project completed by Bayshore on our property. Our full basement was a partially completed mess. The plumbing and electrical were a disasters. Bayshore worked with us on a plan. They gutted the previous work and completed a beautiful in-law suite. They completed this work well under budget in less than 3 months in the middle of a pandemic. This new space has allowed us to have 3 generations on our property (covid 19 parent rescue). The space has also created a hobby area for myself as well as facilities to deal with my own physical disabilities. Rob at Bayshore has been amazing. His trades people are first class and get it right the first time.
