Peter and the rest of the staff have always been extremely helpful and professional. I’ve used their services for 10 years now and recently relocated to another town. I can only hope to find a pharmacy near me that is in the same class as Whitby Medical Pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Phieby takes time to get to know her customers. She caught a mistake that was made by the doctor with refills. So glad she notified me immediately so I could touch base with the doctor. Also reaches out when my husband is running low on his meds as he is forgetful. She has taken care of my family for many years and continue to trust her and the team in taking care of my family.

She doesn't deserve even one star!!!! She stole money from my sister's insurance and after we informed her that we were going to report her to insurance for fraud she asked her not to... and she promised to fill her prescription for the rest of the year for free. After so.e time my son had to get his prescription filled and she charged her fee twice on one prescription as he was there by himself.I went back to her to ask her why would she charge twice for one prescription billing it separately ... She replied oh every pharmacy does the same ".Total liar.Do not be misguided by her fake smile.She isn't what she pretends to be!!!!!!!!"

A good independent pharmacy with knowledgeable staff who take time to understand what you want and give you good informed advice. There is a walk-in clinic adjacent to the pharmacy. The location and parking are wheelchair accessible. I don't feel the pressure of the chain pharmacy stores where there is grocery and photo printing etc. This type of independent pharmacy is focused on the customer.

Peter was very kind though the young lady who picked up my call was not. I didn’t receive any notification of my prescription being ready for over a month when I really needed it and the lady completely cut me off while I raised this and dismissed my concern when I brought this up which felt very patronizing, unprofessional and condescending. I hope the customer service can be improved to be less arrogant and rude.
