My water pump was damaged, and no replacements on the island. Instead of upselling me to a very expensive new unit, they took mine apart and repaired it while I waited for a fraction of the price. Awesome customer service.

I went to start my veggie patch sprinkler system and it’s controller was bad. After looking online I found that Iritex sold them so I called and talked to the sales guy he told me the price and that they had stock. Their price was 50$ more than the online price but I would get it right away so I drive the hour and a half to get it. When I arrived I was told the price was almost double what they told me on the phone. I questioned the price difference and they told me it was a mistake but they couldn’t do much. Due to my tight schedule and not wanting my kids veggies to die I chose to buy it. I will never purchase another thing from them and do not recommend them

Definitely a 5 Star organization. I had no idea what I needed to do to, or what was available to fix the problem. Helpful and honest from the minute I walked in the door. They literally built the piece I needed down to just needing to purchase 1 foot of PVC. And explaining that I didn't need the more expensive ones and why I didn't need them.Wish I could have a 5 Star Plus option for these people.

This is a new discovery for me, and I have been in here a half dozen times now. Without exception, the staff in this place have been helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The inventory and prices exceeded my expectations, too. They carry everything I needed to repair my PVC greenhouse, hose fittings and drip irrigation lines, and the selection was stunning! The staff on each occasion offered insight and advice that improved each project that I carried to their door, too. I highly recommend making this your FIRST stop getting ready for your landscape and gardening projects before driving all over town looking for parts and pieces. This is my new favorite place!

We moved our farm up island and needed a whole new irrigation system. Kevin, the owner, helped us plan the whole thing and was incredibly patient while we worked it out. Lots of shortages in parts and they worked to get us what we needed for the best price.

I went to pick up my order today and realized I'd ordered a plastic fitting instead of a metal one. As I noticed one of the staff was coming out to put another order on the table. He offered to price the metal part, I said it wasn't a problem and just to get one and I'd pay the difference. He brought the part and told me that, with the Covid restrictions, it was going to be difficult to make the price adjustment so they wanted me just to take it. I think that was a classy and impressive thing to do. I've used Iritex before and I like them even more now. Thank you!
