Fantastic product with great customer service, from purchase to setup to maintenance. Cedar spas are far more aesthetically pleasing than traditional acrylic spas; not to mention that the cedar spas are practically a plunge pool (the Manatoulin model is 7’ x 5’ x 4’). Highly recommended!

I asked for the foam and fasteners for a hot tub cover, they would not sell it to us cause I couldn't confirm that our cover was their brand (it's quite old). This is crazy, I'm a potential customer they just turned away.
