Friendly staff and the vast selection is incredible, from local to international. I get my beer and spirits here. Unfortunately they ran out of the scotch whisky I was looking for last time, but they said they will restock shortly.

Excellent customer service upon arrival and throughout browsing experience. Welcoming staff and special thanks for Sophie's efforts in assisting with the selection of Aramone wines. Another staff member also approached during the visit in question of needing further assistance. Will be returning back and recommending to F&F!

The staff are so helpful! I came in on a mission to find bottles for a birthday with only a lable theme in mind. They were so into the hunt and kept coming up with different options they found to pick from, thanks!Love the discount if you buy a case. It doesn't have to be a case of all the same which is fantastic!

Huge variety of wines! I am grateful for the friendly knowledgable staff memberswho hmake excellent recommendations. The tasting is also very helpful to try something new! The wine classes and events are lots of fun, we look forward to attending again!

This place has a great selection of liquor, and usually very friendly staff. Today I was taken aback one of the older asian cashier lady who responded so rudely and aggressively when I asked how much a tote bag cost while she was finishing off my friends transaction, she snapped right at me, raised her hands and said, “Can you just wait?!?” Instead of responding in a calm and polite manner, especially given that we were the only 2 people she was helping… seriously? Where is the customer service, not sure why she was so reactive to a simple question.

Excellent small Private Liquor Store. The staff knows their product well and is friendly and efficient. They helped me get the best wine to match the food I was eating and the price was competitive

This is a good store with a variety of knowledgeable staff. Extensive product selection that you will not find in a government store. One small caveat, hence the 4 stars, is that you might pay a little more than the govt store for the same product, shop accordingly.

Great selection. I bought Taiwan Beer, Korean Rice Wine and Japanese Plum Wine, so basically Asian stuff you can’t get at BC Liquor (or only at “selected store”), they have it all. Nice staff. Very helpful!
