Had to get some fire alarm work done at our law office, Axe was super quick at responding and providing assistance. They saved us a bunch on costs by doing a thorough walkthrough and showing us how our fire protection system works.I would recommend Axe to anyone who is looking for great customer service.

If Karim represents how this company does business, then Axe is not interested in following up, calling back or providing any updates on a request for service and/or contract. Left several messages with front staff and emails and never received a call back from Karim or any other associate. Not sure how this company has a 4.0 rating. All the best to you guys
