I had a little bit of a strange request involving needing a courier to pay for and pick up an item off of a kijiji seller who didn’t feel comfortable receiving etransfers from a stranger and didn’t want to ship the item anyway. Helix did as a good service organization would do, listened to my request fully and then agreed to do the service. That is service. 5 star service. Look no further, call Helix.

I work in printing goods and promotional materials. I entrusted Helix to deliver 8 time-sensitive boxes. The boxes were delayed in Toronto. I was offered no apology, no rebate, and was denied a refund.There are dozens of shipping options out there. I've received refunds from UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator. Go somewhere else.UPDATE: My order was refunded. That was after three days of being told I was being ridiculous

We have a small package shipped from Toronto to London. It was picked up within 1 hour of my opening an account and delivered next day between 9 and 10 as promised. The staff are friendly and the service was great.
