Supplement King Kamloops

Poor customer service, not friendly and definitely don’t make you feel valued. Fuel or Popeyes are much better.

I love everything about this place! The stores environment is incredibly welcoming, and friendly. The products are always amazing, and I love that you can exchange a product if you try it and decide it’s not for you! No pressure! The staff, especially miss D are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to recommending products. This place is seriously awesome and I look forward to my weekly visit to the shop to re-stock my stash!

Visited the store a few days ago and had a very unpleasant experience because the sales rep apparently did not even talk to us that much and did not appear to have enough product Knowledge to do so and did not even take into account the fact that I am lactose intolerant and just shoved some random protein for 60 bucks almost and once we purchased it we realized it was some whack protein and we went back to get out money back because the bottle was still sealed and we hadn’t even used it , the sales rep then told us that they do not do refunds and the frustrating thing is that Popeyes supplements up the hill are amazing cause they literally recommend a protein that had a large amount protein % for a waaay cheaper price while supplement king could not recommend product nor do a return after screwing up. I would like to leave a very impressionable message here letting supplement king management know that word of mouth is powerful and I live in North shore. I would like for you guys to offer a refund asap because your product sucks and we haven’t even used it and we won’t be returning to supplement king any soon.

Deidre was knowledgeable on every product I had questions with, and there was quite a few that we went through. The L-Theanine I wanted wasn’t in stock and she had it brought in special for me in 2 days. I’d recommend not only the store, but her as a specialist.

Best customer service, best prices. This shop is not in it for the money but rather to help people. We came in a few days before a huge sale. The manager wouldn’t let us buy anything that day because of this. The entire staff was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I will continue to go here and recommend it to everyone!

Great knowledgeable staff! I wasn’t sure what I wanted or needed when I first walked in, and I walked out with a wealth of knowledge and some great products!! Every time I go in there they help me figure out what’s next for me and my goals. Im now able to help suggest products to my friends because of how much I have learned from the staff. Plus, trading a flavour I don’t like for something else is a bonus!! Highly recommend Supplement King!

This is by far one of the (If not best) supplement stores in kamloops. Great customer service, and has staff and management which have an abundance of knowledge. The knowledge ranges from supplements that would be geared towards your goals, nutritional advice, and training advice. Always fully satisfied with this place!

Super friendly and more then willing to help find exactly what you need. My wife and I recently moved and they didn't hesitate at all when I called to get us hooked up now even though we are out of the province. Wicked crew for sure!
