MMT Waterproofing

I’ve had Mario waterproof two houses, and both times he was a model of quality, efficiency and honesty. Would highly recommend him to everyone and should I require more basement work in future he’ll be the first person I’ll call.

10 years ago, we hired MMT to waterproof the outside basement walls on all 4 sides of the house. Mario was prompt and professional and his team worked very hard. We have since finished our basement.We had one leak 5 years ago that Mario promptly came out and tested and fixed, honoring the warranty. It has been a great experience and I would highly recommend him - and I have!

I have spoken to and interacted with many (really many) contractors of different trades and can say that Mario is distinctly good - very knowledgeable, patient, personable, honest and very competitive in pricing. He is the only contractor who came to my house and pointed out the one thing important that no other contractors have managed to observed or at least guessed out! My neighbour did waterproofing with them and had only great words to say about Mario and his company. I also notice they did a good job cleaning up after that work. Unfortunately, I couldn't engage Mario in the waterproofing project of my own home due to timing. But would love to do that on my next home!

We've discovered a leak in the basement during the winter. Our neighbors gave us MMT's contact because they were happy with waterproofing job that was done for them. Mario responded and arrived quickly, he identified the crack and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. We had to wait for the wormer times so guys can dig around the house. On the discussed date Mario and guys arrived on time, the job was done very professionally and was completed on the same day. Our backyard was left very clean and we hardly can tell that any excavation was performed.

Excellent work. Mario is fair and honest, competes the work on time and as promised.
