A nice educational niche toy store. Limited selection, but enough to make a choice you'll be satisfied with.Prices are a little on the high end, but this is to be expected with a smaller store.Free gift wrapping is available for now, but it won't be free going forward unless you're a member of their rewards program.

Mastermind Toys is a store filled with children's dream toys and books. I shop there everyChristmas for my now 7 and one half year old granddaughter Reina and she adores my choices for her gifts. The staffare marvelously helpful and the store itself is beautifully clean and the gift categories are well shown so that your visit is an organized shopping experience.I give Mastermind Toy Store a rating of 10 plus. It's also a very enjoyable experience. As a side note, the children's book selection is superb for that different stocking stuffer. Merry Christmas shopping to all you parents and grandparents. I brought my elderly mum with very poor mobility to the store to shop for a gift for my grandson(her great). With the exception of one other customer, the store was empty. “Do you have any carts?” I asked when we stepped in. “No” she answere. “Where is the Lego section for 4 year olds” I asked. The young woman vaguely pointed “over there” and went back to staring at anything but the task at hand. We weren’t able to find what we were looking for and then asked “where are the 3D puzzles” with again a vague “over there”..it was as tho she didn’t even work there. No help whatsoever. Not at all our previous experience where there was thoughtful or knowledgeable help.When we went to pay she promptly told us we’d parked in the wrong place pointing to an empty parking lot next to where I thought a handicapped parking space was, “just so you know for the next time” which was the most helpful advice she was able to provide.“Can you wrap these for us please?” my mum asked.“After you’ve paid for them” she answered dryly.We made our way to the wrapping table next to the cart my mum had been offered in previous visits and carelessly she wrapped the two gifts and walked away, leaving us there. No care given even with any of the ribbon at the table. We finished wrapping ourselves.Such poor attitude and representation. A most unfortunate experience with this employee.Will never return for the inconsiderate attitude.

My wife and daughter had a terrible experience here on multiple occasions. We love looking for educational toys and was hoping for some options here, but their poor interaction with minorities was clear given how unfriendly most of the workers have been, treating my family as if they were thieves. We won’t be coming back after this last time.

I went in there this past Sunday (the 18th of September) to find a gift for my little brother. He is autistic so I definitely needed some support. Jenn was amazing in helping me to find exactly what I needed and was very friendly and knowledgeabledespite telling me she was new! She made the experience great and I will definitely be back again because of her!

Definitely leans into the more educational side of toys, more so than Toys R Us. Great spot

I was able to find and locate a toy and a book easily for my nephew with all of the products in stock and the help of the associate that helped me. I had a friendly greeting and the wrapping station was quick and efficient!

We went into Mastermind this morning as we received the email that they were having their birthday celebration and I checked online first to see if the discount would work on the scooters. It did so off we went. When we got to the store we soon found out that it must have been a glitch in the system and it actually doesn’t work. We still decided to purchase the scooter because it was already on sale. One of the employees went above and beyond though and contacted their office, although they could not authorize the extra discount they did put some money on a gift card for us. She was very nice and took the time to talk to my son, who is autistic and engage with him. It was nice to have someone go out of their way like that. We always enjoy going to this store as the staff are always so friendly.

Always great service, I have to buy for a bunch of kids so I always go to mastermind because they always help me find what I need and always happy to do so. And they also wrap the gifts for you which is awesome lol
