Brutal - never sent a bill had no contact with after 2 visits. Dr. Tina had my email address as she emailed me a confirmation on the visits. Bill By email - no. Regular Mail Bill - No. Today a year later get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $380. I would have gladly paid if they sent bill. They supposedly can mediate your finances but can’t handle their own administration. Now my credit is blemished in the middle of Covid. Wife phoned them twice they don’t return calls. BRUTAL - STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! Would give them negative stars if I could.
