Dixie-Matheson Service Centre
My first visit to this service center. Service was fast and efficient. Waiting area is large and spacious and clean. I was checked in quickly and my vehicle was on a hoist right away. The service charge was as promised. I will return again for sure. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I can't say enough good things about Norm and Jody and the team at Dixie Matheson. My husband and I have been bringing our cars for service for over 20 years and have always had the best experience. Recently, Jody went above and beyond to help with a serious issue with my SUV (motor replacement) and his aftercare was incredible. Honest, reliable, and timely service. I have referred Dixie Matheson to the company I work for as well as several coworkers who have all received great service.I highly recommend to bring your vehicles here for excellent, quality service.

Norm and his team do a great job of providing excellent customer service, quality repairs, and fair pricing. They always take care of me and my car! I started taking my car here because the company I work for gets the work vehicle fleet serviced here, and we are all very happy with their work.

The shop rip off, I changed 2007 sienna starter cost me $700.they used ac delco parts and mark up $402.76+tax but on the market exactly one only $215+tax.then $300 of labour .I am highly recommended not do your car service here.

Dixie-Matheson Service Centre
So went in to ask if they do oil change, Just simple service, they said not without appointment and we wont be able to touch it till next week.If its gonna take them a week for just simple oil change i wonder how long they would take for actual service.And I went to them early morning of a working day.I can understand the appointment part but oil change taking a week?? thats absurd.

If want trustworthy and fairly priced shop, come see JODY and team here. Much better experience than at dealership - dealing with honest good people without the pressure tactics to up-spend. Recently brought both family vehicles here, for wide range of work, and service has been consistently excellent.

Has become are go to place. We have a small fleet of different vehicles and this shop is the best.! Fair honest prices good turn around. Great shopI highly recommend it.
