I've lived in BlueSky Chinatown since it opened almost 6 years ago and I have been impressed with many people who have worked in building management, leasing and maintenance, but none so much as Jacob H.! He's quick to respond to requests for service, knowledgeable about the issue and super accommodating with scheduling! He's also very friendly and personable. I also very much appreciate the friendly and attentive nature of the security team, headed by Keith and Calvin. Thanks to you all, it's a great place to live in an increasingly not-so-great neighbourhood.

Management Not friendly with single parents. One bedroom Ok for couples, for couples with pat -Ok. But not ok for single parents who try to work or study and be close to kid !The prices in that building very high, 1 badrom $1850-$2000 it’s what I can afford. I send them request just for a viewing. I was rejected because I am a single parent. They told me i should take 2 bed almost $3000 ( but they not available). I not allow to have 1bad.U know what Terri Ji, its was super rough .. never experienced anything like this. Yes I'm a single, I just try to be close to my kid. U know who ? Because all my family in Ukrain not here, and I don’t have anybody there to help with my kid. I just have 20 min to bring my kid to the school and come in my campus.It's good that my previous management was not so evil. And we had happy life in 1 bedroom.And we had enough space. Finally this is my choice 1 bd, or 2 bd not yours or someone alse. Nobody can’t tell me about that. I never recommend to anyone that please. Because I’m solidarity with all single parents who fights every day for right to be an professional and good parent at the same moment!

disappointed that I was lied to by saying they do soft" credit check. What's worse is that they run credit check on everyone even when they select a candidate. shameful practice!"

Very easy and smooth rental process, managed by professionals. Apartments are very bright and spacious.

Roy is a wonderful building manager and always available to assist. The building is always clean, safe and well maintained. Great job guys!
