Canada Post

This is not just this location. No matter what Canada Post location you head to, don’t expect any form of customer service whatsoever. All the workers are always cold and look like they hate their job. I try to order packages through UPS or Intelcom, so I don’t have to keep picking up at the centres. It’ll ruin your day.

Mailed a package this morning. No line up. Friendly staff. I highly recommend going to this post office.

It’s important to know with store reviews that a significant amount of stores have bad ratings that are disingenuous about their service. Not sure how or why but it’s true. This is one of the good ones — don’t listen to the bad ratings. I always get great service here.

I ordered a tv stand from Walmart. I checked tracking in the morning and it said I have a delivery attempt and a notice was left, I checked. No notice. I then saw my everyday mail carrier deliver my mail along with my notice to pick up my item. I called Canada post, I was it was because it was “too heavy and awkward” it was one long box, 64lbs. I had NO issue whatsoever picking this up myself and having my friend carry it out on his own. If you guys cannot deliver parcels because “it’s awkward” or “too heavy” not even bothering to use a dolly (they’re made for a reason) don’t be a courier service just stick to your mail. UPS, Fed Ex, Loomis, Campar and purolater, have never had issues delivering heavy items. FYI one of those companies delivered my TV 55” no problem. This is a sad excuse for a courier.

Other than providing an essential service, the staff of this Canada Post are not helpful or pleasant. I waited until 9:03am even though the staff member was there behind the counter, she refused to take any customers until after opening (9:00am). She stood there, aligning pads of paper, pens and miscellaneous item on the counter for 5 minutes waiting to move the closed sign off the register desk. Disappointed in the level of service from a crown corporation...

Worst shipping experience ever. Can't cancel shipment or change adress after drop-off. Just unbelievable.

Slower than a sloth. That’s all I will say. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry!

I've had only the best experiences here. The folks behind the counter are friendly and helpful.

Despite some negative reviews i still think their service is awesome and okay.Its not of critics saying their service is not upto par but because they have a lot on their hands to serve all members of public.Kudos to Jasmine Ali the branch supervisor there for an excellent leadership and a mountain of a lady for her professionalism but other staff are professional in their approach and customer service.Awesome customer service and ever smiling and hardworking staff who are always working hard 7 days to satisfy client needs.They deserve a 8.0 rating for their workaholic staff and welcoming environment.Love you guys to all staff of Canada Post.Love from Fiji...Riaz, Joelynn, Tyronne and Natasha.Cheers.
