I haven't been their customer, but I give them a bad review because their truck driver emptied his cigarette butts in front of my house. I don't recommend anyone to work with a company that doesn't care about the environment.

As a PM in a large millwork company in Kamloops, BC, I highly recommend Garibaldi Glass. In early 2015 I was searching for a reliable commercial glass supplier for my 2 largest national millwork contracts, and one of my fellow PM's told me about Garibaldi. I have since ordered thousands of pieces of glass from them and have nothing but good things to say about this company. There have been minor issues along the way, but their amazing staff have always helped resolve them. Ellie, Lawrence and Craig (one of the owners) have been excellent to work with; they strive to meet their delivery dates and the product that they provide is superb.

I've been dealing with Garibaldi for a few years and things go smoothly until there's a problem especially with their outside sales people who you never hear from or see and then if there's a problem it's your fault and not theirs. If you push the issue they just simple close your account saying that you've created a toxic environment" then don't have the courtesy to notify you. I've met the owners and like them but they need to hire competent and professional people for some reason other than being a good golfer."
