Rogers (Available in the Fido store)

We got our business account there. The service used to be good, but then employee changed and now sending emails, trying to talk to someone who can manage business account is almost impossible. Basically there's no service for business account. We just reverted to using the Rogers 1-800 line to get any service.

WORST SERVICE I have ever had. I got my services online. The sim card I was shipped was not working somehow on my old number. I called customer card online and I was told the sim is damage somehow, so that’s any new no. was working on the sim rather than working old no., and then I was asked to get new sim card from any ROGERS store. So I went this store to get sim card arrived 2 hours before closing, and The worker denied to give me sim card and said they are closing now and said come tomorrow if I want sim card. Literally, that worker was activating the service of new customer. He was so mean and doesn’t respect customers. How can Rogers store denied to give sim card if the customer care say so. If I wish I would give - minus star to this store, and never recommend this store.

Poor customer service. Tried to sell me services I don't need, wouldn't take no for an answer. Cannot recommend.

Stay away at all costs. Will not return phone calls, emails, answer phone, overcharge for services, send out wrong product. They were our provider for large corporate account but we are dropping them and strongly recommend anyone to do the same.

If you need to visit Rogers don't go Wednesdays after 6:00 pmThe guy in charge doesn't care about customers, you will wait for long long long time, all the people were waiting for him left

Ordered an upgrade online for express pickup from this store. Was told to wait for an email to say the phone was ready. Never received one. Phone number doesn't appear to work, no respond to emails. Went in person to the store, there was a sign saying be back soon". A neighboring business noticed me waiting and informed me that no one had been there all day."

Great service and got the phone I wanted at a better price.

It's not Rogers it's Fido and their very good, I've been with them for 16 years and they do onor their client!
