The Ref's Room

Originally chose to order from The Ref's Room over other suppliers due to their supposedly quick shipping times as well as their location. Expedited shipping was to take 1-2 business days and due to my timeline I chose to pay the extra for it. I ordered on a Sunday assuming that I would get a confirmation on the Monday which I did. In that email it said that the items would be processed in 1-2 business days. After 4 business days I emailed and tried to call for an update on when they would be shipped. Never got a response.Pants never came within that first week. Not once did I get a response as to the delay in shipping. Finally 6 business days after I got an email saying that the pants had been shipped. Hopefully that means I would get them before the weekend as they shipped on a Tuesday and I paid for the faster shipping. Nope. Pants came 4 business days later on the following Monday.Very unhappy with the lack of communication and dishonest shipping expectations. Will not order from here again

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! They’ll take your money and you’ll never hear from them or receive your goods. I have had to open a claim with my cc company for fraud.

Horrible company. Do not order from this website. I ordered something with a week to spare over their estimated processing and shipping dates. It took them over a week to process the order (1-2 days stated on website). I tried to cancel the order prior to shipping because I would no longer receive it in time. No response. A day later received a notification that it shipped. Checked tracking. Package wasn't even received at post office until a day after that.

Without a doubt the place to shop. The long sleeve shirt makes me look even more jacked than I already am, and the logo gives it a fresh, clean look. Awesome customer service, easy to use website, whats not to love?

Buyer Beware! Do NOT order from this company. We ordered from The Ref's Room 5 weeks ago and we have not received the order. Repeated mails and phone calls go unanswered and there is no voice mail. I fear it is a scam.....
