Give my money back!Still owe me my 1398 they promised now taking to small claims court. Tried calling and doctor williams and accountant avoided my calls or emails. Now time to take legal action

Amazing experience at South Surrey Smiles. My son needed braces. Free consultation with very informative and friendly staff. Dr Williams is an Ortho legend. Offices are gorgeous. Feel like you're in a fancy hotel lobby. Very accommodating and overall great vibes. Got my son fitted today and another great experience. Highly recommended.

When I first went to South Surrey Smiles for a consultation and found out that I would need braces and then jaw surgery, I was terrified. Dr. Williams and her team helped me through every step of the process and made me completely trusting and confident in their abilities and experience! I am now in the final stages of treatment after the surgery and absolutely LOVE my new smile!!! I would give a hundred stars if I could and highly recommend going to South Surrey Smiles!! They are the experts!

I had a complementary consult today and I have to say, from the second you walk in to the second you leave, everyone is super professional! I was kinda nervous to get yet another consult done but south surrey smiles deffinatly made me feel like apart of the family! I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family!

It’s hard to describe the extent of care I have experienced while in the hands of Dr.Williams, her technicians, and staff members. Kind knowledgeable skilled professionals. I would highly recommend this clinic for all orthodontic procedures. What a wonderful facility, I would say that this is the NHL of orthodontic care. Thank you for all the hard work.

I would have rated SSS 5 star if they have better hours.They are closed on weekends and to make things worse, they are closed on Fridays as well.We really struggle finding a time to get my kids to the clinic, it's either them taking time off at school or us parents from work.I believe a lot of their customers are students, so I think a change in hours opening/closing times and days would help clients.A lot of businesses adjust their hours based on clients needs.(our dentist, physio clinic to give an example)If you are very flexible with your time then I will recommend SSS but if not and you have students, I would try to look for other clinics that has more flexibility with hours.

My daughters just got their braces removed last week and we’re so happy with the results. Dr. Williams and her team always bring the best services to the patients. The girls at front desk are amazing too. Their office is always clean and tidy.We got 3-D prints of their teeth before and after the correction. It clearly shows the wonderful achievements. Great experience for both me and my kids. Thanks SSS staffs!
