Beautiful and well maintained park in the middle of the city. We were here for the Centre Carmen Dragon Boat race, and we had a great time! Lots of mature trees provided welcome shade, and there is plenty of parking available.

Great place to rent a kayak for an hour (free with the Accès Gatineau+ card. Set up my blanket and a book, under the cover of some tall trees...summer!

Beautiful park with lovely beach watched over by a lifeguard. Close to the city, yet makes you feel like you are in the country. Parking is paid, but reasonable.

Nice park where one can, depending on the season, enjoy a variety of activities such as watercrafting, jogging, snow shoeing, canoeing, kayaking, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and of course, BBQ and beach party. One could be encountering wild lifes around the park, lake and the trails, such as geese and ducks of various species, gopher, deer, robin, cardinal, etc.

In the middle of the city, no boat engine allowed makes it calm and nice.I go paddle boarding few times a week there.

Very nice park. It gets a little busy after 3. And you also have to pay for the parking, dogs not allowed, and you can barbecue
