Great service, very knowledgeable and clearly knows his trade. I would recommend Bob for any plumbing issues or repairs. He was at my house within 2 hours from the time I called for repair. Very reliable and pricing is reasonable. Thank you!

This guy Bob answered the phone when I called. He was extremely rude when I spoke to him. I'll never call this jack*** for anything ever again based on the 20 second conversation I had with him. I encourage you not to call him either.Gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0

Carling Plumbing has been handling my plumbing needs for over 10 years now. Bob was part of a team my contractor brought in for a reno in my last house and I've been using his services ever since. Most recently he did a large, complicated body of work in my current home. It involved replacement of my entire lateral drain system under the floor of my finished basement. This was done in a timely way with a minimum amount of destruction and allowed the house (with our family of 5) to stay functional in the middle of a pandemic. I can't imagine it going better than it did and he walked me through each step along the way to ensure I understood the issues, why they were problems, and what needed to be done to correct them. Besides the large work, he's also done many smaller service calls (plugged drains, p-trap replacements, etc.) always in a timely and friendly way.

Hands down, a horrible service to say the least. Incomplete service, overcharged and unprofessional (his own words: I am not coming back for free because you live in a nicer house than me.) Actually, I wanted to give 0/5 stars but no such option.

Have used this service a couple of times over the years, and have always found Bob the owner to be very professional, knowledgeable and hard working- Went out of his way the last time to completely redo the plumbing when we had new counters and a sink installed in the kitchenWould highly recommend

Arranged with Bob to take a look at my half finished basement bathroom to check if plumbing was done correctly . (My previous contractor left a bad finished product). I had the intent to hire Bob to redo the plumbing. But his visit fell short. He did not demonstrate care nor willingness to try to earn the job. Worse at the end when he charged me a fee of $105 plus taxes that he never mentioned this fee over the phone. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this individual to anyone.

I had a leak from under my kitchen sink and woke up to a small pond in my kitchen. Of course it's stressful enough in times like these to have this happen, but it often ends up being an emergency repair needed – as life doesn't stop when it throws curve balls at you.I contacted Carling Plumbing expecting to have to schedule something in a few days from the time I needed help. I was pleasantly surprised to have Bob, of Carling Plumbing, come same day for the emergency repair! Wow!Not only did Bob fix the water leak problem, but he also took extra care in servicing an issue with my bathroom (this one was less of an emergency but he took the steps to correct it while he was already at my home). Fast and professional service! Very happy customer.

He attached my new shower column by just using silicone to hold it to the tile, as it slid down the wall a few days later the hoses unattached and it began to leak. I called him to say it was leaking, he blamed it on the quality of the unit, when in fact the problem was that he never installed it correctly. He also sent us to the plumbing store to purchase supplies that he did not have on hand. He also installed our toilet sideways because he did not have a proper flange. I had to suggest to him how to correct the problem, instead of leaving us with a sideways toilet.

We had Carling Plumbing over many times during our 2 year renovation and I cant say anything bad about them, they were always on time, they did great clean work and were very courteous, I always recommend Carling Plumbing to anybody who needs a plumber.
