They replaced my screen with one that constantly glitches, and when I called to claim warranty they didn’t answer the phone for weeks. After leaving messages, i (in the worst stroke of luck in the world) cracked the corner of my screen, which wouldn’t be an issue at all if they had ANSWERED MY CALLS. now they won’t replace my screen, and i have also found out that they gave me a fake receipt (as i was told by the person i was emailing with from the store) when THEY ASKED ME to pay with cash and offered me a discount if i did, meaning that i now can’t dispute it with the bank AND they probably wouldn’t have let me do the warranty anyway because they gave me a FAKE RECEIPT. this place is a SCAM!Edit: I already emailed you. You informed me that I was given a fake receipt and never answered my second email.

Glass screen protector does not stay on my iPhone screen despite me paying $25 for it.

I needed a good screen protector for my Note 20 Ultra. Everything I've tried before has had issues with the fingerprint scanner. Ahmed was able to guide me to a good fit with Protection Pro, put it on within minutes, and was also able to help with some other things. He knows his work and is very pleasant. I'll be coming only to this store for all future cellphone needs.

My wife bought a case and screen protector for her older iPhone. While putting the case on the phone, the sales rep dropped the phone, putting a small crack on the corner of the screen. In the moment, the rep said I think it's ok

Place is closed down now; do not go. They are good but I guess they couldn't afford to pay the expensive lease at bayshore. It's too bad, they sell screen protectors.
