It's a big store and I fall apart shopping so I'm not the best reviewer. I gave it 5 out of 5 because I got a great deal , two for one on already marked down items. So two parts for the 50% off price of one. The Bay is like a secret, you forget they have ton of stock and you can find great deals.

Went to buy perfume- two sales associates at the same counter helping another customer. They didn’t acknowledge me at all, I stood patiently waiting for them to finish up or for one to help me while the other assisted the couple. More than 5 minutes passed and they continued to ignore me so I left. This is the second experience like this at this location unfortunately.

Went to purchase a dress. The section I was in was terribly kept. Tons of dresses on the floor or thrown over top of racks. Couldn't find an open fitting room or an associate to direct me to one. Finally located it, tried on the dresses and picked one. The rack to put clothes you don't want was overflowing. Turns out the sales are only for members so they rang me up at twice the price I expected. Did not offer for me to become a member I had to ask so I could get the discount. Everyone there seemed to be hating their life, terrible service. I'll never step foot in one again. If I didn't need the dress for that night I would have left without one.

Ladies wear in this store is just a mess. Used to be well kept and a pleasurable shopping experience. It’s really disappointing. I’ve always been a loyal Bay customer but with a really bad website, and complete disarray in the store, it’s not often I visit anymore.

A very good place for everythi g including home,clothing,shoes, furniture etc..the prices are usually higher as they got good brands but the sale ofthen comez and you can get items for a very good price

Staff is not friendly at all. Nobody came at least 15 minutes to help me. So rude, they placed an order for me and put the address wrong. I have to suffer alot to het my order delivered. I had to call canada post several times. No going again

Hudson’s Bay Waterloo was good. Seemed well stocked. Nicely decorated for Christmas with seasonal music playing. Only downfall was finding help to buy things. They have a “central” checkout now in the Center of the store which is great. But when you need help and you are far away from that spot it frustrating. We almost just gave up.

I came today with my mom and it was crazy busy in there but I asked one of the employees to help me out her name is Marwa she was super kind and helpful. Also I asked her about the Hudson Bay reward card she called the rewards card to change my old number into the new one. I really appreciate her help.Great atmosphere and great workers.

Beautiful location and very clean for how much traffic the store receives. I didn’t catch her name, but a lovely employee went out of her way to complement a jacket I was really debating getting - ended up getting it! Nice staff & good selection of classy/workwear clothes.
