Newindow Films is a great company and I recommend their services! Here is my experience with them.We contacted Newindow Film 2 weeks ago to request a quote for heat control window film on the windows of our house. Kaz called us back and scheduled a time to come out to our house in Vancouver to give us samples and provide us a quote for the window film. He showed up on time and answered every question my husband and I had. He left samples of the window films so we had time to decide which one we liked best. We called him back a day later and told him we were going with the bronze window film that he recommended. We were scheduled for our install a week later.Kaz and his colleague were right on time when they showed up to install our window film. All in it took them 2 hours to install film on 8 large windows in our house. They were courteous, efficient and almost silent. They were so quiet that my sleeping baby didn't even wake up while they were installing film in the same room as him! They even explained that the spray they were using to install the film was safe for my baby because they were using baby shampoo.When they were done Kaz explained all the aftercare (spoiler - there is none!) and to call him if there were any issues.We got the bronze window film on all our windows. It provides the privacy we were looking for and heat control our south facing window desperately need in the summer. The windows are now slightly darker, but only a little and you can barely tell. And the only thing you can see from the outside is if we have a bright light on in the house. You can't even see someone waving at you from the window. At night you can see in, but not as much as before and if it is lighter outside your house than inside (like with a street lamp) there is still a lot of privacy.The whole process from our first phone call to the last interaction was fantastic. I cannot recommend their company enough!!*The first two pictures are their work in progress, picture two shows the left window pain that has no film on it, the rest do. The last picture is what it looks like now looking out our window.

Kaz is great and helped us a lot with choosing the perfect window tint for more privacy! Our office looks much better and I would definitely recommend to others
