I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Brodie and his team at Westshore Marine, did the whole deal over the phone, they drove 2.5 hours to pick up my trades and drop of my new unit, had a minor issue with a battery draw, they picked up the unit, fixed it, installed a sport, trail, crawl switch FOR FREE! Oh, and did I mention the free coat they sent me? I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a EXTREMELY long time. If you are looking for a new toy, it’s the only place to go. Btw, the RMAX IS A BEAST!

I e-mailed this marina last weekend, seeking a used Argo. On Monday, March 13, 2023 i received a return telephone call from Mr. Jimmy Sathwara, sales associate to advise me they recently stopped selling used Argos and only rents them. I was amazed that a sales representative would take the time and effort to call and advise they do not have used items for sale. Jimmy has a work ethic that is not seen these days and his employer should be proud to have Jimmy as a representative for if he went out of his way to call me he is the kind of employee that will go the extra distance to ensure a paying customer is a satisficed customer. I highly recommend Jimmy to anyone looking to purchase outdoor items sold by Westshore Marine.

Jimmy hooked me up with a new lund impacts xs 1775. Changed my mind on colour half way through the process, and the crew here changed all the paperwork for me helpfully without hesitation which is muchly appreciated as i now dont regret it. Very friendly staff that made the process enjoyable

Where do I start... I chose this company originally since they seemed to be the only dealer in Manitoba with stock and they actually have a decent website which most other’s don’t. I inquired about a Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP Trail through their online form. I received a call the next day from Devin. We chatted about my options and how long it would take for my unit to come in.On the day of pickup both Devin, Brodie, and Ashley were there to help finalize the purchase, do a once over on the unit, and answer all of my questions.The staff here are fantastic. Super friendly and understanding. They made the purchase process easy and convenient, even with me being from Brandon!Thanks again everyone! What a great team you have. Worst service they do everything possible to try and deter you if you want to take your machine there for a service they did alot to try and push me away like it was a bother to them after paying 35000 for a machine !! also when i bought the machine i asked the saleman Devon to throw in a half windshield and roof he said its a deal still never received it ! Also when my machine finally got in after almost a year of waiting there was a big scratch on the hood Devon told me it was from shipping and he would replace the hood no problem at all never hot replaced ! I would recommend that people stay clear from this company there are way better dealerships out there

Dealt with John Stewart and Chantal both gave amazing service everything was all quick and painless and both times I came in was always greeted with smiles and happy faces anyone that saw inwas waiting always asking if I wanted a soda or water or coffee wile in was waiting never was ignored ! Will always recommend going to see anyone at west shore for any of you marine or power sort needs

From the moment we arrived at Westshore we were made to feel at home. When dealing with John Stewart we quickly felt at ease. There was no pressure sales like Winnipeg dealers use. Snow checked my 2022 Voyageur 550 155” in the spring from WestshoreSled arrived in late September and I picked it a few weeks ago. Service was excellent and Brodie’s team are great.
