Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
Went to get some DQ through the drive thru. Ordered a sundae, blizzard, and two drinks. Did not receive any lids or tray. Before even leaving the drive thru the sundae spilled everywhere because I had to open up my center console to put the drinks there and the sundae was spilled all over. I asked for a tray or a lid but the cashier kind of walked away and either didn’t hear me or ignored me. Not impressed.

Good fast friendly service. Compared to McD or BG, these burgers are awesome. Icecream is excellent plus a very big variety. You can also get cakes for parties here.

Went in to inquire about a birthday cake for my dauther's birthday. Walked in, looked at what I wanted, they wrote on the cake and even packed it with ice, so that it wouldn't melt on my 1hr long drive home. Good price, great service!

Ordered 2 chocolate based blizzards , one based on this sign in the restaurant. Look at the sign and look at my blizzard. The sign picture is brown colored chocolate ice cream, what they gave me was white vanilla. The picture has brownie chunks on top, what they gave me has none. The picture has a heaping portion, what they gave me was much less. For $6.19 for a little cup of ice cream they should fill it up as advertised and make it as advertised. No offer to replace the terrible blizzards by DQ or the owner of the location, clearly they don't care about customers returning. Just care about pocketing your money, not retaining a customer

Didn't taste the way I remembered. I cannot fathom how a few shakes of candy sprinkles warrants a 65¢ charge. The slushy drinks are over-priced Slush Puppies. Seating area was clean. Busy, but not crowded. Did not have to wait to order. Willing to try again.

Been here for a few ice cream cakes. Though, I think the staff saw us looking at the cakes and came over told her we’ll keep looking, waited until we called her and asked if we wanted writing. 5/5 customer service.

One of the best Dairy Queens in the city to go to. Each visit I've had has been a positive experience I remember one time I was able to order a cake through the drive-thru during the pandemic as a last minute order for Mother's Day, and I also remember ordering my own birthday cake through Dairy Queen and their details and artistry with airbrushing and decorating was great at this location. They even got an Instagram for their ice cream cake portfolio packed with various designs that you cannot see anywhere else in the city, at least to the best of my knowledge. Never have I ever had a bad experience from this location. I've ordered from burgers to chicken tenders to blizzards and they have always been done right with quality and accuracy. Thanks again for satisfying my cravings and for making each celebratory occasion memorable.

I always go through the drive-through when I come here it is usually slow, but when you get your food, it is hot, so I guess that's worth the wait. The food is OK it's just a cheap bite to eat.

Food is actually very good and reasonably priced. Only ever thought of them as an ice cream place but I'll be buying my lunches from them more often.
