Ordered fries thru drive thru window. Not busy at all only one vehicle ahead of me. Picked up and drove away. The fries were old, cold and brown colour. Looked like someone returned their fries and I got them. Just terrible and should have been thrown out. Could not return them since we were already driving out of Port Perry. Shame on the staff and supervisor who served this.

I have been eating the chicken sandwich for 40 years. I think they have a breakfast sandwich with chicken, and when it didn't sell, they pawned it off as the chicken sandwich. The patty was about the size of a toonie. It was like shoe leather. Disgusting.

Clean..quick service.. lots of seats...electrical plugs at most seats to plug your phone or laptop..free wifi...all around nice place to eat

Service was terrible waited 17 minutes for 2 3pc chicken strip combo and 1 3pc with a drink, no napkins in the bag ,food wasn't even hot.

Absolutely disappointed. First the burger bun was old and falling apart, bacon was hard and way over done, the order for the burger was wrong even after explaining it 3 times. Second, ordered 2 wraps, the wraps were stale, had to rip the hard stale parts off so the whole thing didn’t get thrown out. Should have just eaten my shoe! Definitely not repeat customers here.

Just had my meal served to me by the same guy that was cleaning the lobby. I watched him put down the mop, get behind the counter, and handle food without washing his hands.I don’t care which end of the mop he handled. That’s disgusting.But wait it gets worse! This guy is the owner’s son. About 10 years ago he was the manager, so he likely owns the place himself now.Someone in a ‘leadership’ role should be setting a better example. Someone cleaning the floor should wash their hands before handling food.Ew.

Went into the place and ordered a #3 combo, a baconator combo as well as a poutine and cheeseburger, went home and they didn’t give me my baconator. I paid $35 and they missed the more expensive item on the order. So displeased. I guess I should’ve checked the bag first.

This Wendy's has a Tim's inside the same building, so getting an order at Wendy's then grabbing a coffee is convenient. Clean washrooms and a faux fireplace with a TV, too.
