Quinte Mall Dental

My family & I have been going to this dentist for as long as I can remember. All the workers are so kind and patient. The receptionist always have welcomed my family & I with open arms. And never have failed to put a smile on our faces.Dr Miranda is always so gentle and so are all the other Hygienists. I can't remember a time I have left without a smile. I have never been poked or hurt in anyway during a cleaning etc... They always have such amazing Commucation with there clients. Always have little conversation with ther clients before, during and after their appointments. They always walk you threw what there doing weather that's during a filling, cleaning etc..This dental office always puts there clients/clients family's first. They have a little play center for kids in there office. Aswell as a TV for entertainment well clients wait for there appointments (never a long wait). And for the kids they always have a little treasure chest with little toys as a reward for being well behaved.I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office. The photo I put below is from 2011 it is now 2022. And I had been going to this dental office even before that photo was taken. I am now 14 and proud to be a client to this dental office.Thank you Dr Miranda and all the other workers for showing such great hospitality and kindness to my family & I threw all these years. I am new in the town of Belleville and I was looking for a dental care to continue my treatments. So I booked an appointment with dr. Miranda. The moment I arrived the door was closed and there is a note saying you need to knock and wait. I knocked 3 times. And then I waited outside because I did not want to be rude and knock again and again. Nobody heard me and I received an email saying I was 10 min late, so I knocked again and the receptionist opened the door, she seemed to be angry, she didn’t look at me at all, even to say hello/good morning, not friendly not welcoming, she gave me an attitude. I was not finding my insurance card to give to her and she were very impatient, also when she asked my postal code I told her I would check on my phone because it’s new and I don’t know by memory. I could see in her face she didn’t like it, she was very very rude and impatient with me. Maybe because my English is not very well, and she is not prepared to serve customers that doesn’t speak her language fluently or doesn’t have everything ready for her. Dr. Miranda and her assistant were amazing, very professional, friendly and welcoming, she is so caring, she explained me everything that needed to be done so I booked a cleaning. Today I went to the office again and unfortunately this time I was 5 min late, because by the time I was leaving home my baby 3 months old started crying, I had to calm her first. Then the receptionist called me and I was in the elevator. She opened the door and she didn’t say hello, nothing. She just said “sanitize your hand and fill the form” very rude. The hygienist were amazing, she did a great job, and I will go back every 3 months to do the cleaning with her.I am very disappointed with the receptionist. I was not expecting to receive this attitude, I am very sad and I felt discriminated. I will go back to continue my treatments just because Dr Miranda were amazing with me, also her assistant and the hygienist. I would give 10 stars for them if I could. They are very trustful. It’s very hard to find a good Dr and hygienist, and I finally found it. I am not writing this review to not recommend this place, the opposite, if you really need a great dental care book with Dr Miranda, but I am writing this review to tell my personal experience regarding to the customer service I received.

I will say, the hygienists are lovely and capable! I will always give credit where credit is due. The receptionist behaves like a sulky child with subpar customer service abilities, time and time again, over and over. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, although I ran out of patience for that kind of behaviour after the 7th visit. The office lost its luster when the staff became apathetic and rude. Dentists are not hard to find. There are new dental offices opening all the time and I encourage you to look elsewhere. After years of trying to make this work"

Dr. Miranda is always up front about her services and costs. She takes time to explain the reasons for services being suggested and ultimately allows her patients to make an informed decision about their oral health care. She is honest, fair in her pricing, and caring. Her team is friendly, approachable and flexible with your scheduling needs. Priority work, breaking up services into multiple cheaper appointments and payment plans are available to clients along with direct billing to insurance companies. I have been a patient for over 13 years and have now referred my family over because of how happy I am. Thank you to the Quinte Mall Dental team for continuing to improve and bring great service to patients.

My kids and I love Dr. Miranda! She is always on time, super gentle, and friendly. My son was very nervous about the dentist before as we haven't had the best experiences with other dentists in the past, but Dr. Miranda and her staff have really helped him overcome this fear. Such a warm, welcoming environment. Agree with what others have said about prices too, she is very reasonable and gets as much done as possible for you. Highly recommend, especially if you have children or you are just nervous about the dentist in general. Thanks Dr. Miranda!

I love Dr. Miranda and her staff! Every time we visit, we are greeted with a smile. They are super accommodating and so great with my kids as they have all worked through some anxieties around visiting the dentist. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Miranda, her team/staff are wonderful. Dr. Miranda is great at explaining things, is patient and has very general hands while she works. We have 3 boys and Dr. Miranda and the staff have always been great with all of them, right from their first dentist visit right into their teens.

I have been a patient of Quinte Mall Dental ever since Dr, Miranda took over this practice 14 plus years ago. My partner and I are frequent customers/ patients, regular cleaning (approx ever 3 months) and what ever dental maintenance required ( filling Nov 4, 2020).The entire team are friendly, compassionate and professional.The moment you step foot into office, you are greeted with a warm welcoming smile and hello from Kathy and Sue! Any concerns you may have, appointments, coverage or billing, they have the answers at their finger tips.I look forward to my regular visits with the dental hygienists, making my teeth all shiny and bright ... I just have to become more diligent at home with following their recommendations of the importance of flossing.As per Dr Miranda, what can I say ... she is simply incredible and makes her work seem effortless! The moment you sit in her chair you are put at ease, you almost forget that you are about to have work done on your teeth and today was no exception, I was in and out of the chair in 30 mins.I would highly recommend Quinte Mall Dental (I have numerous times, Dr Miranda and her team are the best of the best and we are fortunate to have them in our Community.Erick Hiller

Before today I haven’t been to a dentist in over 15 years. I have always been so afraid of the dentist, and the needles, and the shame I felt when they found something wrong with my teeth. A few weeks ago I became aware of a cavity that absolutely needed dental attention and so following a friend’s recommendation I made an appointment with dr. Miranda. I had A GREAT VISIT. The whole staff was so understanding and supportive of my situation, there wasn’t a typical needle for freezing and the whole process of getting my cavity filled was painless. They checked in with me to make sure I was never in pain and helped calm me down if I started to get a little worked up. I know I was being a baby but I also know a lot of people are like me when it comes to the dentist and I just want to shout it from the roof tops- go see Dr. Miranda and her team!!!

Absolutely amazing! Dr Miranda has restored my faith in dentists! Her and her staff are amazing. I have had severe anxiety about dentists for over 20 years and I don’t experience any anxiety at all when I see them. Highly recommend.
