My family's experience with Falcon Homes has been outstanding. Jessica, Stephanie, Rob, John and Karen have all helped us feel like valued customers since day one. They really go the extra mile to make your home exactly what you want within your budget. We will absolutely be building with Falcon again in the future.

Got the keys to our property one month ago , lawyer still holding funds back for incomplete work.Site supervisors are unresponsive, no real timeline for work to be completed. Sub contractors are extremely messy and do not clean up before they leave.Update- dealing with a detached garage leaking water . Been multiple months of empty promises and no work actually completed. They line a date up and say they’re going to come out and never show.Concrete work is sub par cracks all over within one year , have been told that’s “normal” and they don’t warranty anything concrete related.0/10 first time buying experience

I've worked with a ton of home builders. Falcon was phenomenal from the start of the project. We came up with the best floorplan for our family & worked with their in house interior designer to make sure what we wanted fitted into our budget without compromising on design. Highly Recommend.

Bought a home through Falcon Homes and they have been nothing but amazing! Had some issues after move in and even though it was the long weekend they were able to get trades out in a timely fashion to have them fixed. The landscaping is going in quite quickly, which i figured would take some time. I can say that i am very happy with my purchase and with using Falcon Homes. They made the process very easy and are always ready to help from time of open house walk through, purchase and possession!

Extremely disappointed with the way they have handled our leaking garage. This has been going on for months and contractors never show up on days they tell us they will be here. We planned to use our garage as extra storage and have had multiple items affected by water damage as there are new leaks in new places every time it rains. Poor workmanship from subcontractors & even worse customer relations from Falcon Homes themselves.

I purchased a townhouse up on Ryders Ridge and it is a poor build.When asked to address the items Stan Phillips did not write down the concerns on the walk through and there was definitely a long list.There were many items that Falcon Homes still has not fixed.Issues were windows leaking water, constantly with frequent moisture and mold with cracks to the window seals, the exhaust fan is not working because the installer used an incorrect small line during the install, problems on the roof, cement pad with many cracks, furnace run had improper taping and needs to be fixed.When I finally asked do I need a lawyer to have Falcon Homesdo the right thing, they told me their lawyer will only speak with my lawyer from here on in.Then the gal that was our contact for Falcon Homes, Kim, told me she would be calling to check on my permits as she knew I was putting in a basement suite because I phoned too much for unresolved issues. I phoned the licensing department after I had finished my suite in the basement to check if I had pulled the proper permits for my basement, which I had. I asked the licensing company who had lodged the complaint and they told me it was Falcon, Kim, who called in the complaint.Falcon has a new owner so that has dragged the good companies name. The new owners also have a landscaping company and that company has done our landscaping and most neighbours have had poor results. I had the company back a few times. My granddaughters fell in the pot holes not filled properlyand injured their ankles, I did too. the Dips in the yard are ridiculous. There is a slant and the grass slants and dies. I do not believe they used the appropriate amount of dirt.I give the secondary owners a 0".Beware dealing with this bunch.How dishonest this company is. I am now dealing with the second warranty after the 1 year warranty is up and they willnot cover the items that Falcon is responsible for. So

I have been dealing with the good folks at Falcon home for many years now. They are a top quality builder that looks after the needs of their clients! They are a big part of their community supporting various events. If you want a GREAT builder to work with Falcon Homes should be one of your first calls!

Falcon Homes made it fun and easy to find the perfect home for my family, FAST! They have been super responsive and helpful in preparing my new home. I would definitely recommend anyone to look at what they have to offer and definitely consider checking them out!

This company is building a home across the street from my cottage...and the experience has been terrible. They do not regularly clean up the job site and have blocked me into my driveway on more than one occasion. These guys have even busted the parking sign and left it on the ground. Now I have a popped tire from a drywall screw...this screw is exactly the same as the one used by their current drywaller (he showed me one for comparison). When I spoke to the staff on site and at the office...super rude...fine you aren't responsible for the trash you leave in the road. But at least apologize and have some class.
