I recently bought a PRS SE Paul's Guitar from Fleet Pro Sound & Lighting and the nut is cut way too high causing the first 2-3 frets to be quite sharp on 4 of the strings, the intonation is off quite a bitI was assured the guitar would be set-up prior to shipping, this guitar will not stay in tune and the nut wasn't obviously cut deep enough at PRS factory in Indonesia.They offered to ship it back and re-inspect it, which is generous but that will leave me a month without my guitar.I'm quite disappointed, I have to wait until my Luthier reopens to take care of things properly. Hopefully this review helps someone.

This is a great locally owned music store that carries everything any musician wants or needs. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the gear they carry. I’d give them a five star rating if they allowed for refunds rather than just a store credit on returns. Otherwise, Fleet Sound rocks!

Fantastic place. As a beginner it can be difficult to find a reliable advise on product with your interest in mind. This is a 100% best place for any one, from a 0 to a super hero, they will give your creative juices something to write home about.

Nothing I like more than bein greeted at the store front and asked how you can be helped. Nice loaded store with lots of instruments to try. From stage equipment to basement set up they got something for you. Must have been an excellent experience since I walked out with over$500 worth of stuff!

Good selection of stuff to buy however alot of gear is priced higher then anywhere else. The also don't offer returns so look around before you buy. I've dealt with every employee there and all but one specific person there are great and help you out fully. Try to avoid getting helped my Mike featon. He's very short with people and not user friendly.. to give him the benefit of the doubt I'm sure as a business owner he deals with alot of dumb people but that shouldn't be everyone else's problem too..
