They have done a fantastic job with these townhouses- dealing with Melissa, Claudia and Nithiya was always a good experience- professional and helpful. Extremely happy that this builder has made our house our new home.

These town homes are fabulously built. If you are looking for 9feet ceilings on Main floor and above 8 feet in basement or upper levels, this is for you. There are some nice 5bedroom options in modern towns. Definitely recommend this project!

I purchased a Mansouri town house in Whitby. It was delayed 1 year, but it was due to Covid. We moved in Dec.20/22. The house is beautiful. I feel it was a bit rushed at the end to meet closing. There is still a lot of things missing and have to be fixed, but overall very happy. Beautiful layout.

Our experience with Sales Rep (Melissa), décor appointment (With Claudia) and post sale with (Nithya) has been fantastic so far! Special thanks to Claudia for spending the day with us during our décor discussion and she walked us through the necessary details and nice to have upgrades which made our selection process easier. There was no added pressure during this time, rather more of a consulting vibe to suite our family needs. Our home has turned out to be beautiful and elegant. We even received a few upgrades at no added cost.

I purchased a town house in folkstones whitby.I booked in Jan 2021 and I got it in Dec 2022. It got delayed multiple times. Especially, every time it was postponed for 3 or 4 months and multiple times. We had hard time due to multiple postphonements as we are in rented house and keep on extending the rental house agreements.In April 2021, we had decors/upgrades appointment withClaudia. This is our first house, not aware of lot of things about the selection. But, Claudia explained with lot of patience and explained and helped a lot in choosing the right things.Around 1.4 months was delayed due to multiple reasons like covid/municipal approvals/workers strike.Finally, We got the keys and moved in Dec 2022.Still, few of things needs to be fixed or missing. But, all of them are minor issues. After seeing the house, we felt its worth waiting of around 2 years.House is very beautiful, especially, we liked the height of the each floor including the basement, very large windows in mainfloor and 2nd floor. Quality is also good and house plan / layout is very good,Over all, every one in my family are happy. Thank you Mansouri and team.

Excellent Townhouses situated right next to shopping plaza. The schools are great for families to settle in a quite neighborhood. With a nice 9 feet ceiling height, the overall construction quality is great. Great responsive builder.

After a long wait, we finally received our town house and it's built phenomenally. There are some minor issues but they are in process. Overall, it's built fantastically. When there is an issue, Claudia & the handyman work together to get things done which is amazing! As per request to Claudia some of the things she added as a courtesy as well she explained and went through PDI with all details and guidelines. Every aspect of the structure looks fantastic!

We bought our first home with Mansouri living. They did an amazing job. We are really happy with the final product. The experience from the sales office to the design studio, construction, and closing all went well. A special thanks to Claudia for being supportive throughout the process and quick responsive all times. We love the upgrade too such as the backsplash, 2-tone kitchen, Modern Ceramic square vessel bathroom sink, etc. We have minor issues and the builder cares about the finished product as well as customer service. Thank you Ryan for fixing the issues fast. The overall height of the house is really good and the finished basement is spacious with 8 feet ceiling.I would recommend Mansouri Living to my friends.
