We have a court order for Martin POELMAN to pay us the money he owes. In 2016 we gave Mr. POELMAN money to build a modular home. He made excuses to not build and refused to return the money. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY UNTIL HE PRODUCES PRODUCT. BETTER YET RUN AWAY FROM HIM.

Beware of any dealing with said company, they took a $20000 dollar deposit from us, we provided blacklines for a project then they were supposed to provide “engineered” drawings never did. All we got was number of excuses as to why they could not deliver as promised, then had audacity to indicate if we wanted to continue a business arrangement the price per sq foot would have to increase.We asked for a refund they said no !
