I have been purchasing all my CPAP requirement s for over 15 years from there.I just purchased a new Mask a little over a week ago for close to $300.00.I have changed jobs and when I put thru my claim with my new benefits, I unfortunately found out it wasn't covered. At this time, $300 buck is not something I can afford.I had specifically left the mask unopened and sealed in case this was the case. but when I called asking to return it, I was denied as it is a medical device they claimed.I agree it is, and if it had been opened I would totally understand, but it is sealed. In packaging.. mint. as collectors might say.I unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.As I hope to live a good long time, that will be thousands of dollars spent elsewhere.

Excellent service and prices a little better than other vendors.LRT stops right across the street, but if you drive there you will need to bring cash for parking.

I've been more than happy with the care and support I've received at Home Sleep Care. The RT's that I've met have been knowledgeable and friendly, and now that the construction is done, it's not difficult to get there. Just remember to bring change for the parking meters! The last time I went, they even helped me get change so I wouldn't get a ticket.

Started all well with fitting. Got machine for try and monitoring.... very poor suport. Machine wifi is not working in certen conditions. They are aware of that and do not follow with call... I sent every Monday e mail asking to be called back ... no no calls...last Monday after not receiving call and finding out that my settings were not changed I spoke to office manager... she promised follow up call.... no no call... waiting for call from CFO...she is in USAIf you want to avoid stress and be supported go elsewhere... this is your money ...8 will be talking to clinic they did study on me to take them off supplier list....

Received my first machine during the shutdown, which wasn't easy but they were very helpful and available for questions. Just ordered new supplies and was very easy and shipped to my house for no extra fee. Always very polite and helpful.

BEWARE! I brought in my CPAP machine because it was malfunctioning. I clean my CPAP machine meticulously every week, and gave every part an extra clean before bringing it in. The technician asked me to wait in the other room while she looked at it. When I was called in, she showed me what was presumably my machine and pointed out parts that had a black substance she said was mold. This was not on my machine prior to me leaving the room because I had cleaned it prior to bringing it in. The contaminated machine shown to me was either not my machine or mine had been doctored. NOT COOL! I pointed this out to the technician, who of course denied it. She agreed to clean my machine, and when I returned moments later it had been miraculously returned to the spotless machine I brought in.I will need a new CPAP machine in the coming year, and will NOT be purchasing it through Home Sleep Care! I would suggest anyone look at other providers in the Region.

UPDATE: October 6th, 2022. Normally I find it a pleasure to leave reviews because most experiences have been positive. Unfortunately, I’m sorry to say, this update is in a different category altogether.At a recent doctor’s appointment, I had to explain why I refused to continue with the CPAP trial because someone sent an inaccurate report to my doctor stating that I declined further trials and wasn’t interested in further treatment. That was untrue. My partner and I will never forget the long waits in the empty store, and the abrupt replies I received from requests for assistance in being able to successfully use the machine. For all these reasons, I strongly recommend you choose another supplier for your CPAP needs. There are plenty of other professional coordinators in other companies in this area. I did try to address my concerns directly with this individual politely, but was summarily dismissed. When it comes to your personal medical information, don’t leave yourself open to untruthful reports.******************************************Front office staff are lovely, making this place suitable to purchase supplies. If you have any medical complications, aside from not breathing during sleep, don't bother with a trial here. They tried to refuse to ask the doctor to reduce the pressure which left me scratching my head as to their responsibilities dealing with the public. So much stress and trouble for no legitimate reason. There's so much more that just doesn't suit people who need to have a positive experience with pap therapy. Don't waste your time with people who don't make an effort to help you, while criticizing suggestions made by a client.Go anywhere else but here for your cpap trial.

Administration was pleasant. Only reason i gave a star. Next time i am buying my machine online. Cheaper and easier and more pleasant.The lady i consulted with was atrocious. Totally ruined my mood. Told me all the masks are $340. A quick search on amazon and they are under $100 most of them.She was miserable to me. Just a terrible experience for me considering how good of a day I was having. Would be snarky with me on all my questions. Completely wanted nothing to do with me.Edit. The lady following up with me is very pleasant. Good advice. Good consulting. Adding two stars.

This place is AMAZING!! Their customer service is above and beyond. They brought me in for a pre-consultation (during lockdown) without knowing my prescription or what my basic needs would be, just to help lower my anxiety about having this machine and mask on for the rest of my life. Then, once my prescription came in, they helped me find the perfect mask, sent my paperwork to my insurance company, and when the 30 day trial ended they extended it at no cost to me so that I could continue therapy. Once I received approval from the insurance company I couldn't afford to pay for my new CPAP machine upfront, my god that's a month's rent for us, they took my credit card number, held it on file, submitted my invoice to the insurance company, and after realizing I couldn't get there by the time their offices closed, they sent my CPAP machine by courier at NO COST to me within 2 hours. My insurance company took almost two months to process the claim and Home Sleep Care did not harass me once! Once I got the cheque, we realized that once again I can not get to the office before they close and they are not open on weekends, my credit card is a debit visa which they can not take over the phone, but thankfully they do accept e-transfer and I was able to pay this way. Home Sleep Care understands that times are difficult during this pandemic. They go above and beyond to help their clients. I apologize for such a long review, but they helped me immensely and feel they need to be recognized. Thank you
