7-Eleven

Absolutely the worst 7-11 you can go. None of the shelves are stocked, the floor is sticky, it stinks, there is garbage everywhere outside lining the backlane and parking lot. You can look through the fridge to see a hundred boxes in the back through the fridge while there is nothing on the shelf. The staff won't go to the back to get you water or anything. Horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk in the front door you’re hit in the face with the disgusting smell of Body Oder. The fridges that have the drinks in them were all smeared with god knows what on the inside and outside it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The entire stores floor was sticky and covered in mysterious gunk. The shelves had barely anything on them. The food in the warmers were rock solid, crusty and black, clearly they should have been thrown out as they had gone stale many many many hours ago. The bathroom will make you want to puke. If any health inspectors are in town place check this place out. I’ve never seen a dump like this before in my life. It’s sad because this store used to be so nice when I used to shop here all the time 8 years ago. Please clean your store like all the other stores do.

Been in town for almost a month. Go to this store pretty much every day. And every day it seems like I am buying the last item of something. Clearly it’s too much to ask to re stock items like coconut water. Funny thing is there is always someone in the fridge listening to music. So what are they stocking exactly? Hands down the worst 711 I have ever been to. And as a traveller I have been to many throughout North America.

Wow. Given the feedback this 7-Eleven have received within the past few days, one would think they would clean things up. Nope. This is the filthiest place I have been to in Smithers, BC. Hoards of stuff lying around and the floors and counters are unbelievably sticky. I'm honestly shocked they are running the place in this state. Seriously, close the doors and clean things up. This place is a major health and safety hazard!

The store and bathromm are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! It's like walking into a steriotypical gas station bathroom from 80's movies. Pretty sure the bathroom hasn't been washed since the 80's. I can't even imagine how disgusting the food prep area must be!

Store aisle seem to cluttered with boxes. Staff are friendly. Food hasn’t been great, seem to be low stock of hot food and food looks dry, sitting under heat light possibly.

Probably the worst managed 7-11 in BC. Always out of supplies, dirty environment, slow service.

It was all messy not washed slurpys not washed down floor always dirty and stick you Pay for a mug for slupys or founton drinks you they charge you extra when it say on their your 1st fill is free. And it's hit outside their bearly any slurpys to boot . Co.e on 711 your the best I'm guessing you need new works in their that cares for cleanness. Smithers 711 you guys need up your cleanness game and stop letting the homeless ruin the bathrooms and everything their .

Very friendly service but almost too friendly... I'm 100% certain I bought my coffee with a $20 but only got change for a $5. Maybe they can clean the bathroom with this new found wealth ;)

The staff working in this 711 don’t even do the minimal amount of work that might be expected. None of the fridges are ever stocked, and all of their product is in the back of the fridge. Sticky dirty floor garbage cans full just a disgusting smelly place to be. I left to go to another gas station, boycot this place.
