Service de commande en ligne ne fonctionne pas. 1h perdue.

By far the worst ordering app online. Actually gave up on trying and went to the restaurant to pick up my food. To the people developing this, just copy skip, uber or doordash. They are all the same and no one cares.

restomenu.com says they have hundreds of menus to choose from (that's step 1, also step 2), but there is no way to see a list of restaurants or menus so you can't choose. You can only select from the promotions. There aren't hundreds of promotions. There are 22. There is no way to get to any page besides the home page.I tried to register and it said I already was. I tried to reset my password, but it won't send me the verification code. So I have to log in with my GMail account which I hate doing.You can click on About Us" and be sent to the top of the page.You can click on "FAQ" and be sent to the top of the page.You can click on "Contacts" and be sent to the top of the page.This is the only way I can find to get a message to these people that their website is useless."

J'ai passé ma commande via internet. J'ai reçu la confirmation de la commande et tout était conforme. Mais quand j'ai reçu la commande, le prix avait été modifié de 15% en plus et sans avoir averti avant. Pas très professionnel. Le restaurant Vieux Mascouche vient de perdre un client.

couldnt add address on both mobile app and on the website. what a waste. now they have my email and im sure ill get spam

Used to order from a restaurant that had its own delivery service and it's been great and fast every time. Now they started using Restomenu delivery – this time after ordering online, an email came in saying my order had been received... but it seems it never went through to the restaurant (or restoemnu just trashed it?). I waited for hours and delivery never came. I wrote to them asking for an explanation, no answer, Don't use this service, no respect for customers and no respect to the restaurants they convince to be on their list.
